I hope everyone had as great a weekend as we did. Lots of play time with our nieces, some shopping and relaxing with a just a little bit of work thrown in the middle. Its a new week and we are getting closer to the end of our 90 workout routine with Les Mills Pump. Out Les Mills Combat program arrived in the mail on Friday and Rebecca absconded with it, not even letting me check it out till Christmas day ūüôĀ . We will be starting it on January 7, 2013 as we kick off a 6o day challenge group of Les Mills Combat.

Today’s workout routing is Les Mills Pump – Pump Revolution some awesome tunes and a great workout to get this week started. So push play and lets get it done.

Wow what a great night! We sponsor a local fit club at the Kent County Community Center on Monday’s at 5:30pm. Since today was our first scheduled Pump & Shred we decided to do it with our evening Fit Club Group versus our normal morning workout time. ¬†All I can say is WOW! Since owning Les Mills Pump we had not followed the program guide and had previously just done which ever workout we felt like and had time for. What a¬†difference¬†it was this time around. After spending the last four weeks of Les Mills Pump and following the scheduled routines we crushed the workout. ¬†All I can say is no matter which Workout Program your doing follow the schedule they provide to get the best results.

Following the workout we came home to have a great dinner of Curried¬†Cauliflower¬†and steamed green beans. ¬†The Curried Cauliflower is a recipe from Ultimate Reset and is one of our favorite dishes it’s quick, easy and a healthy dinner option. Since we knew we had a late night Rebecca had cut up and prepared everything yesterday so all we had to do is the final touches and pop dinner into the oven.
